Chief Tony Anenih, recently resigned as Peoples Democratic Party,
PDP, BoT chairman, and said he wanted to pave way for President Goodluck
Jonathan to take over – Well, it looks like the outgoing president may
not take up the position afterall…
According to a report by Vanguard, Jonathan has turned down the
proposal by members of the Board of Trustees, BoT, for him to take over
as chairman of the BoT.
The Secretary of the party’s BoT, Ambassador Wali Jibrin had briefed State House correspondents after the meeting of the Board, announcing that a former Minister of Defence, Dr. Haliru Bello, has been appointed to act as chairman for a period of three months.
What do you think???
